1. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Nur Oyouni is dedicated to bringing elegant, refined apparel to women across the globe. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our typical processing time is 2-3 business days. Once shipped, international delivery generally takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
3. Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?
International Shipping & Customs To ensure our global customers receive the latest collections, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that your order may incur local customs duties or VAT depending on your region's regulations. As these fees are managed by local authorities, Nur Oyouni is unable to predict or cover these costs.
4. How do I choose the right size?
Our garments, including our Abayas, are traditionally measured by length (in inches) from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem. We provide a detailed Size Guide on each product page. If you are unsure, we recommend measuring your height or a similar garment you already own to ensure a perfect fit.
5. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your Nur Oyouni piece. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
6. What fabrics do you use for your garments?
We carefully source premium fabrics—such as high-grade Nida, Crepe, and Chiffon—that offer a balance of breathability, durability, and a graceful "flow." Each product description lists the specific material used so you can choose the one best suited for your needs.
7. How should I care for my garments?
To maintain the quality and lifespan of your clothing, we strongly recommend hand washing in cold water or professional dry cleaning. Avoid tumble drying; instead, hang your garment to air dry in the shade. Use a low-heat steamer for any wrinkles.
8. Is the color in the photo exactly the same as the product?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different monitor settings and professional lighting used during photoshoots, slight variations in color may occur.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
